“I was greeted and checked in quickly by one of the friendly receptionists and given clear instructions on what I needed to do concerning my PCP’s referral to Dr. Winn’s practice for treatment of my arthritic knee pain. Dr. Winn’s nurse was friendly and professional when doing the basic assessment of my condition. Dr. Winn himself was also very professional, yet friendly. He thoroughly explained what he felt needed to be done at this time to treat my knee pain after having X-rays done to confirm the degree of arthritic damage in my knee. I barely felt the cortisone injection he gave me (which I was dreading). I have not had any problems with my knee after the injection and am walking around fairly pain-free at this time.”
